* For FREE Standard Shipping, the total must be over $50 AFTER discounts have been applied and BEFORE tax (where applicable) is applied.

** Due to Covid current conditions, we cannot guarantee any order being shipped out by a certain time, the postal service has unfortunately had many shipping delays and UPS will not guarantee any deliveries anymore (I know, we are not happy with any of this either). If you have a particular date you need an item by, please contact us at hello@waltergreenboutique and let us know and we will do our absolute best to get it shipped out as soon as possible.  

Please Note:

  • Due to the current Covid conditions, we are occasionally experiencing delays in shipping out product AND we have noticed delays in the Postal Service with delivering items. 
  • Orders will not be processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. (To confirm any special hours of operation and how this may affect your shipment, please contact us at
  • Shipping is available to all 50 states within the USA.
  • Additional shipping charges may be applied to Hawaii and Alaska (A member of our customer care team will contact you after you place your order to discuss any additional shipping fees and if you would like to proceed).


Tracking your package:

Once your order is packed and ready to go out, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

To check on your order at any given time, you can contact our customer care team at and we will respond to you within 24 hours or the next business day.

Our customer care team is ready to serve you Monday – Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm EST. 


Return Policy:

    • All returns must be started within 14 days after receiving your order.
    • Returns that are sent back beyond our return window or a final sale item will either be returned to you at your expense or we will issue you a store credit for the amount of your return minus a 15% restocking fee.
    • Returned items must be in unused/unworn condition, with tags still attached, and in saleable condition.
    • Items returned without tags attached, dirty, damaged, or in any way returned not in the original condition, may be subject to no refund or store credit and shipped back at your expense.
    • You (the customer) are responsible for the shipping of the returned item(s).
    • Original shipping fees are not refundable.
    • Returns will be issued as a credit to the original form of payment.
    • If you believe you received the wrong item, a defective item, or have any questions about your order, please contact our friendly customer care team at as soon as possible!


Three ways to return your item(s):

  1. You can ship it back to us using your preferred shipping method. Returns should be mailed to: Walter Green, Inc. 1817 Thomasville Road Suite 530 Tallahassee, FL 32303. Be sure to fill out the return form and include it in your package.
  2. Email your order # and the item(s) you are returning to We will then email you a prepaid return label, which will be a flat $5 that will be deducted from your refund amount. Be sure to fill out this form and include it in your package. Then drop off at your nearest carrier drop off location.
  3. If in the Tallahassee or Port St. Joe areas you can drop off at our Tallahassee or Port St. Joe store. Be sure to have your order # with you.
